5. Payments
Prices are shown on the website at the time of booking or purchase. Payment is processed through our selected payment provider where online payment is required. Covered package or membership bookings may appear as free at checkout when a session is successfully applied. Sessions beyond your remaining balance or monthly limit may still be booked and paid for normally.
6. Packages
- Packages provide a set number of sessions for a stated duration and validity period.
- Eligible bookings may use package sessions automatically when the service and duration match.
- Unused sessions expire at the end of the stated validity period unless we state otherwise in writing.
- Packages are generally non-transferable and may be subject to the specific terms shown at purchase.
7. Memberships
- Memberships provide a stated number of sessions over a validity period, subject to any monthly usage limit.
- Eligible membership bookings may be covered automatically at checkout when balance and monthly limits allow.
- Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and within its stated rules.

8. Cancellations and changes
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of a prepaid session, package credit, membership session, or a cancellation charge, depending on the booking type and the notice given. We will apply a fair and consistent approach and communicate any applicable policy at the time of booking where practical.
If we need to cancel or change an appointment, we will contact you and offer a reschedule or an appropriate alternative such as reinstating a prepaid session credit.
9. Health and suitability
Sports massage and therapy services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care.
